Internship Program

We offer internship opportunities that provide hands-on training and experience in digital media, media production, and marketing.

Participating interns gain on-the-job training that integrates education, and career development while supporting NuWave Community Media (NCM) through their creative and innovative contributions.

 
We advance the NCM mission by providing educational services to currently enrolled students or recent graduates at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Through a rigorous cohort-learning program, interns will practice design thinking, and gain other skills through podcast development, hands-on training, teaching/application, collaboration, and community support.

The internship program will help students build confidence, and professional relationships, and open them to a range of career opportunities and skills, like:

It is also a valuable opportunity for students to apply their academic knowledge, fuse it with the NCM curriculum, and network with future employers, giving them a further competitive edge.
